Problem Statement
Travelers often struggle with limited or inaccurate information, expensive packages, unreliable agencies, and challenges in planning tours. Concerns about fraud, hidden fees, safety, poor customer support, and managing budgets add to the difficulties of arranging seamless trips.
Goal Statement
Trip Tales offers an updated database of hotels, flights, and rentals, an intuitive website, budget-friendly customizable packages, and genuine traveler reviews. With simplified booking, transparent pricing, and clear cost breakdowns, it ensures a seamless travel planning experience.
User Research
To identify the issues and get a better idea of the current scenarios, I did secondary research. Based on those inputs, I have done primary research to better emphasize with the users and understand the user goal. I did Survey with the questionnaire made and got insights according to their thoughts.
